Vintage Uranium Green Depression Glass Owl Flower Frog. This is a rare piece. It does glow under black light. Has a chip on the top edge of the base. About 25% of the top edge of the base feels rough so I am assuming it is from flea bites. The edge of the center of the bottom of the base has a flea bite. Please see pictures for the damage I have described it as best as I can. 30 day returns accepted. Item must be in original condition as when shipped by me. Buyer pays return shipping. Thank you
