Here's a nice uranium glass mayonnaise or condiment dish made by US Glass Co. of Tiffin, Ohio.  The dish is about 6 1/2" on diameter with the bowl measuring 4 5/8" in diameter and this stands about 1 5/8" tall. Also included is the spoon or ladle which is hard to find. There are no chips or cracks in the dish or spoon and only some minor scratch marks on the bottom of the dish. Marked on the bottom 'PAT APPLIED FOR' and the intertwined USG Co. logo.
