  • Condition: Condition: This is a gorgeous basket and displays very well. It does have these tiny flake chips on the underside of the basket rim on both ends. No one will notice them on the underside of the rim unless they pick it up and inspect it. See the last few pictures. But sitting on a shelf everyone will only admire its beauty, it seems to have a glow to it.

    Description

    Rare Glass Handled Basket..
    This basket is scalloped and paneled, with a squared unique handle.
    But the even more rare quality about this basket is the color of the glass.  It is Satin finish, but also in a emerald glowing green that may be the color Moongleam or Emerald Green.  It will also glow under UV blacklight
    This was made by Heisey, but I see no signature..  I have seen only 2 others like it in online archives and they were not this gorgeous of a color.
    **For those who would like to know, I researched this basket online and online found 2 examples of it anywhere!  Both were old archives on WorthP and both listings reference this being made by Heisey and a rare basket, one was a different less impressive green.  I found no other examples of this basket anywhere so it does seem rare**  Please feel free to do your own research as well, she's a rare beauty
    Measures:   10" tall by 7-1/2" long by 4-3/4" wide  (total size)

    *Damaged in shipment*... All of my items are insured against damage in transit, I pay extra for this!  Do not ship items back for damage because this voids an insurance claim.  Partial losses are paid as such by USPS/FEDEX, we don't refund 10 glasses because 1 broke and neither do they.  All insurance claims are filed online now & there may be a delay in how long it takes the Shipper to process the refund, also USPS claims may require items to be physically taken the post office for inspection should they ask for them- We must have photos of the damaged item and the damage to the exterior of the box to process claims online, so you will need to be able to send us digital photos.
    *Items lost in shipment or not received*... If they are lost in transit, we will be required to wait the specified time by the shipper to file the insurance claim- there is no other way to do this as that is their rules and we will have to wait their time limits.
