Rare Vintage Bicycle Fork Assembly

Here is your chance to buy a rare fork assembly.  All you vintage bike people know what it is.
Used.  Very old.  Some of the bearing balls are missing from the bearing cage.  Easy to buy new bearings for this fork.  Was painted a long time ago.  Also the one truss rod at the top is missing the correct truss rod car/nut.
